We offer project management services to customers.

In general, we submit samples of building materials to the customers for approval before sourcing and procuring such building materials. Our procurement managers will then be responsible for purchasing the required building materials and accessories for the projects. Our procurement managers purchase the building materials in batches according to the progress of work at the relevant construction site.

We apply state-of-the-art technologies and equipment for the installation works. We conduct series of tests on all curtain wall systems to be installed in our projects by independent laboratories. And throughout the execution stage, our project management team closely monitors the progress of work on a continuous basis, while taking stringent internal quality control measures, with a view to ensuring that they are in accordance with the requirements of the Buildings Department and the specifications in the relevant contracts, and that installation works are completed as scheduled and in a high quality level.
